How can I get in touch with your customer care team?

What delivery options do you provide?

We offer 24-hour recorded delivery and also 48-hour recorded delivery for UK customers. 

*Please note during busy times, this could affect our service. This is when our UK service could take 3-5 calendar days. We work with Royal Mail, however, anything over 2KG will be sent via Parcelforce (UK).



What currencies can I use to place an order?                         

Pound sterling.

What currencies can I use to place an order outside of the UK?

Your bank charge will be converted to your currency.

Can I order from countries outside of the UK? 

At the moment we do not do international deliveries, but we are working on it. 

What happens with my order when I order during holidays?

Our services might be affected during UK Bank Holidays or any other UK Public Holiday. We aim to ship your item just after the Public Holiday has ended. 

What time is the latest I can order if I want to receive next day delivery?

12:00 pm.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

The best option is to rearrange a delivery date using the redelivery card left by the courier.

I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?

I have an incorrect/ faulty item in my order, what should I do?

How do I return my order?

Make sure to return/change within 14 calendar days of receipt and remember to obtain a postal certificate. To return your unwanted item(s), please state which you would like to return on your Return Note. Then, return your item(s) in the original packaging (where possible), with the tags still attached.

Peel off the ‘Free Post’ label from your Return Note and fix it to the front of your parcel. For your return to be accepted, the label must appear exactly as it did when we sent it to you, without any additional information attached, such as stamps, name and address.

Any item(s) returned to us are not our responsibility until received. Please ensure you use the ‘Free Post’ label and retain proof of purchase and the postal certificate as we, unfortunately, cannot cover the costs of any items lost or stolen through untracked returns. We cannot accept used or customer-damaged items and, therefore, cannot give a refund or exchange in these circumstances. Your statutory rights will not be affected. 

It is important to keep hold of your order details and posting certificate. If for any reason we do not receive your parcel or you have questions about your refund/exchange, you should let us know - without this information, we cannot refund you. In case you wish to ship your order via your local post box, no proof of posting is provided.

How can I get a new returns note?

Email us at shop@loudoe.co.uk to request a new Return Note.

Do I pay for my return/exchange? 

We offer a free return for all our customers, simply fill out your Return Note with all the required information.

When will I get my refund?

Returns can take up to 21 calendar days to get back to us. It is very important to enclose the Return Note with your parcel so that we are able to process your return within 48 hours of receipt.

How can I exchange my order?

If you would like to exchange an item(s) you have purchased for a different size and/or colour then please email us at shop@loudoe.co.uk to inform us. We can then confirm if we have the item(s) in stock and will hold it for you until your unsuitable item(s) are returned. Then please follow the steps found under the section for “How do I return my order?”


We aim to process exchanges within 14 calendar days of receiving them back, as long as they are in their original, unused condition. However, if we cannot process your request due to stock availability, we will automatically issue you a refund instead. Email us at shop@loudoe.co.uk to request further information.

Our care instructions are listed below:

Posters - All of our posters are handled with care and shipped in specially designed packaging to ensure that they are safe on their journey to you. Please handle them with care when opening to avoid any tearing or staining and avoid displaying them in an area exposed to direct sunlight as this may lead to their discolouration over time.

Clothes - Check the label before washing any of our items. But if in doubt, switch it to 30° and iron inside out. Please remove the drawcords from each T-shirt before washing as colours may run.

Bracelets - Avoid washing with any light colours and keep away from harsh chemicals as this could lead to discolouration and tarnishing.
