How long does your UK standard service take?

Our standard UK service should take 3-5 working days.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

The best way to arrange re-delivery is to take a Royal Mail card.

I am missing an item from my order, what should I do?

Do you accept returns?

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Loudoe, but we understand that sometimes a refund may be required.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of delivery as long as they are in their original, unused condition. Email us at shop@loudoe.co.uk to request further information. 

How do I return my order?

To return your unwanted item(s), please state which you would like to return on your returns note. Then, return your item(s) in the original packaging (where possible), with the tags still attached. Return your order by posting it back in the Freepost LOUDOE envelope. 

Any item(s) returned to us are not our responsibility until received. Please ensure you use a trackable service and retain proof of shipping as we, unfortunately, cannot recover the costs of any items lost or stolen through untracked returns. We cannot accept used or customer-damaged items and, therefore, cannot give a refund or exchange in these circumstances. Your statutory rights will not be effected.

How can I get a new returns note?

Have you received my return?

How can I exchange something?

If you would like to exchange an item you have purchased for a different size and/or colour then please email us at shop@loudoe.co.uk to inform us. We can then confirm if we have the item in stock and will hold it for you until your unwanted item(s) are returned. 

We aim to process exchanges within 14 working days. However, if we cannot process your request due to stock availability, we will automatically issue you a refund instead.

When will I get my refund?

Don't forget to keep your proof of return and we'll email you as soon as we’ve processed it. Please allow 10 days for your parcel to make it back to our warehouse and a further 3-10 days for your refund to reach your account.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?

We currently do not refund shipping costs of any item(s) returned.

Where can I find your care instructions?

Our care instructions are listed below:

- Posters 

All of our posters are handled with care and shipped in specially designed packaging to ensure that they are safe on their journey to you. Please handle them with care when opening to avoid any tearing or staining and avoid displaying them in an area exposed to direct sunlight as this may lead to their discolouration over time.

- Clothes 

Check the label before washing any of our items. But if in doubt, switch it to 30 and iron inside out. Please remove the drawcords from each t-shirt before washing as colours may run.

- Bracelets 

Avoid washing with any light colours and keep away from harsh chemicals as this could lead to discolouration and tarnishing.
